You may not register domain names that:

• Contain "cyberx" or variations thereof
• Could be confused with our official domains
• Suggest an official relationship with CyberX

If you've registered a domain containing our trademarks, please contact us to discuss transfer or proper usage arrangements.

Do not create social media accounts that:

• Use "CyberX" in the handle or username
• Use our logos as profile pictures
• Impersonate CyberX or suggest official affiliation

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of CyberX trademarks, please report it to us. This includes:

• Counterfeit products or services
• Phishing websites using our branding
• Unauthorized use of our logos
• Domain name squatting
• Social media impersonation

We actively protect our intellectual property and may take the following actions against trademark violations:

• Cease and desist notices
• UDRP complaints for domain disputes
• Takedown requests to platforms and hosts
• Legal proceedings where necessary
